Pablo's wife, Jose, holds the trophy that celebrates Pablo's Winter as the winner of Best Documentary at Festival de Cine de Castilla-La Mancha (FECICAM).

It is the fourth award for the film as Best Documentary, and again cinematographer Julian Schwanitz' achievement didn't go by unnoticed either as he received a nomination for Best Cinematography.

However, for the first time Pablo's appearance has been officially recognised as he received a nomination for Best Performance.

Cinematographer Julian Schwanitz received the Creative Recognition Award of the International Documentary Association for his work on Pablo's Winter. This IDA Award is the latest in a series of prestigious prizes for Chico Pereira's film.

Julian truly deserves to be applauded as a very accomplished cinematographer. Dressed in his kilt for the ceremony at the Directors' Guild of America in the heart of Hollywood, he was in great company amongst documentary filmmakers such as Werner Herzog, Alex Gibney, Morgan Spurlock and Laura Poitras, as well as many top producers and several broadcasters.

Coinciding with the IDA Awards, it was announced on Friday that Pablo's Winter is now available on Hulu in the United States.
